Heroic Journeys with Guest Conductor Rick DeJonge

Central Presbyterian Church (map)

So do all who live to see such times.
But that is not for them to decide.
All we have to decide is what to do
With the time that is given to us.
Gandalf

We kick-off our 40th Anniversary with a season-long celebration of music that honors heroic journeys in lore and real-life.  Music by James Horner, Johan De Meij and Gustav Holst will be featured and we are excited to premier a new work by Rick DeJonge in honor of our 40 years. Whether it’s the courageous trek of hobbits or man’s journey into space, the music will inspire you and spark your imagination.
